Designed for the Bride and Groom who have planned most of their ceremony but may require some assistance with venues, vendor referrals/contracts, and select aspects of the ceremony and/or reception.

FLORA’S DREAM service includes:

• The initial planning meeting with our Coordinating Team
• Unlimited calls and e-mail with your Personal Assistant
• 5 meetings to be determined and according to the prepared timeline
• Review of your wedding/reception venues and contracts
• Review of vendor contracts:
  • photographer/videographer
  • car service
  • florists
  • caterers
  • bakeries
  • etc.
• Maintaining your Personal Wedding Calendar; scheduling and reminding you of fittings, tastings, bridal showers, deadlines for deposits, and other key dates
• Coordinating and facilitating the rehearsal
• Coordinating and facilitating the ceremony and reception, arriving at the site 2 hours prior to the wedding, staying until your cake cutting.
